How To Burn Calories Fast With This 10-Minute Couch Workout

If you are looking for some easy workout to do at home in a small amount of time, you’re in the right place. Therefore, with all the busy days, I rarely find time for a workout too. Thus, how about doing some easy exercises at home, on your couch or in front of your TV? I’ve found some great couch exercises on Popsugar, you should try them out. 1. Couch Tricep Dips

Sit at the edge of the sofa and place your palms on each side of your hips. Lower the booty off the couch like you are going to perform a triceps dip. Hold that position with your feet on the floor and knees bent at 90 degrees. Your elbows should be kept slightly bent and parallel, facing the back of the couch.

Start with the right leg and kick it out straight in front of you.
Moreover, make sure you get it just above your hips.
Then, return the foot back to the floor.
Next, hop the feet barely off the ground.
With that same right leg kick it out slightly crossing over to your left side.
Then, return the foot on the ground.
Alternate, by taking another small hop and repeat on the left.
Lastly, aim for 10 reps.

2. Split Lunge Pillow Side Punches

First off, stand in front of the couch facing the TV.
Place your feet parallel and slightly wider than shoulder-width apart.
Hold on to your pillow in the right hand.
Now, perform a punch with the pillow to one side while slowly lowering your body down.
Then, repeat on the other side too.
Aim for 15 reps on each side.

3. Couch Climbers

Start with your elbows on the couch cushion.
Make sure you keep your hands together.
Place your chest over your forearms.
The feet should be on the floor.
Now you are in a plank position.
Keep your hips up and your body straight.
Then, start lifting up and place your right hand on the edge of the couch.
Next, quickly place your left hand out to the other side.
Thus, continue with the flow upward to a pushup plank.
Now, return back down to your elbow plank position.
Lastly, aim for 15 reps.

4. Inner-Thigh Squeeze With a Pillow

5. Seated Twist With a Pillow

Have a sit on your couch.
Bend your knees and insert a pillow between your knees.
Place your hands by the sides of your couch and tighten your core.
Then, squeeze your knees in towards each other.
Moreover, maintain the squeeze for 3 seconds, release and repeat.
Aim for 20 reps.

5. Seated Twist With a Pillow

Lie down on your couch and make sure you keep your knees bent.
Pull up your torso and make a V-shape with your thighs.
Moreover, maintain your extended arms fully in front of your chest.
Clasping your hands together on a pillow.
Then, move your torso towards the right.
Hold there in this position and inhale.
Breathe out and repeat on the other side.
Lastly, keep alternating for 20 reps.
