1. Lateral Shoulder Raises

Grab a pair of dumbbells and stand tall with your feet shoulder-width apart;
Keeping your elbows straight, raise your arms up so that they are level with your shoulders;
Your palms should now face the ground;
Slowly lower the dumbbells down to the front of your thighs, palms still facing inward;
Try to aim for 3 sets of 20 reps.

2. Tricep Pushups

Get into a standard pushup position;
Place your hands directly in front of your chest;
Squeeze your elbows to your sides;
Lower down, keeping your elbows tight to your sides;
Keep your back straight and hips down;
Hold and return to the starting position;
Try to aim for 3 sets of 20 reps.

3. Tricep Kickback Pulses

Hold a 1kg dumbbell in each hand;
Standing with feet hip distance apart, bend the knees;
Sit the hips back into a squat;
Lean forward from the waist at 45 degrees;
Keep the spine long and be careful not to round the back;
Focus on pushing into the heels to also work the bum and thighs;
Reach the arms back straight, slightly higher than the torso;
Give the shoulder blades a little squeeze.
Make tiny pulses upwards with straight arms, counting to 20;
Then, with arms still extended, pulse the weights towards each other for another count of 20;
Release arms and come up to standing;
Do this another two times.

4. Kneeling Diamond Pushups

Get into a kneeling push up position;
Make sure your shoulders are directly above your wrists;
Now place your hands close together;
Your thumbs and index fingers should form a triangle on the floor;
Perform 20 push-ups with your hands in this position.
